A cool-looking, convenient, and time-saving method for securing cymbals to stands. Unlike the traditional wing nut, the Slicknut doesn't need to be threaded on or off and won't loosen or fall off while you play. Simply hold in the fastening button, put Slicknut on the cymbal stand, and release the button. It can also be used as a theft deterrent by tightening the hex set screw on the side of the body. This makes the Slicknut nonremovable, a great feature for drummers who have to leave their drum kits in clubs overnight. The Slicknut fits stands with 8mm threads and has a cymbal felt attached.
